Mel is a multidisciplinary artist with a design and fashion background. She has been tattooing for around five years but has been drawing since she could hold a pencil.
Mel’s styles are versatile but currently her favourites are black and grey realism, illustrative colour realism, blackwork and neotraditional. She has become particularly recognised for a distinctive smokey black and grey style and using native birds and plants as subject matter.
When not tattooing you can find Mel outdoors in nature, looking after her two kids and attempting to learn how to ride motorcycles.
